PC Higher: The attack is parried. You take no damage from the attack that jus hits you. Slide the creature that hits you 2 squares
Creature Higher: The power fails and you take damage.

Notes: after the initial discussion, I added Reliable to the weapon power. Let me know if that's ok. Kinda useless for a unique power if by a stroke of luck it doesn't help me at all in combat.

- Fluff: Weapon doesn't talk. Weapon when not in use is on kAI without it needed to be hooked on i.e. belt or a sheath. (kAI uses static electricity to placed it on him) kAI will know when weapon has been picked from him. When lightning blade is formed there's a crackling sound. (Sound level can be adjusted, in game e.g. Perception check of DC 20 to DC 1)

Raiken's reliable is fine.
DM Bonus (effort on image): +2 to intimidate when crackling volume is set to highest.
DM extra: weapon casts 2 squares of light when formed.

After some more thinking, Weapon = Implement is a reject. That one stays as a sentient track altogether.

- Fulgurion is basically a gunblade at heart. However it doesn't function in the way that Squall's does, because it does shoot miniature lightning bolts due to its nature. In reality a lightning spirit caught in the essence of the gunblade it causes the ammo and blade to be electrically charged. The shooting of miniature lightning bolts is merely flavor text and only serves to add the keyword "lightning" to any powers used through it.

- Fulgurion can be used as a ranged weapon for the purposes of powers, but must be used 2-handed. When approaching melee range, Fulgurion can be held one handed in the form of a longsword, but does not have the versatile property.

- Due to the uniqueness of Fulgurion's design, simply turning the gun on its side to use as a blade will not be so easily accomplished. Fulgurion's stock serves as the haft of the blade, and thus time is taken to extend the stock to a sufficient length.
(Minor action to switch from 2-Handed gun to 1-Hand blade.)

Fluff:
- Elgamore can be used as a spellbook on its empty pages, and when the penultimate page has been written, a page just after the last will appear, filling the book with essentially an unlimited supply of pages (though reaching there is a monumental task in itself).
- In truth, the tome is written in Elven. Elone loves writing in Elven.
- Elgamore grows as Elone writes more into its pages, be it a new spell or more musings she has on the subject of the arcane. Elone would write into Elgamore before every extended rest.
- A bit of Elgamore's conception can be read in Elone's background.

Also, through Amanuensis, Elone had copied her three basic rituals onto Elgamore rather than lugging around the individual books. (So she can't sell them, either)

Elone's put a few enchantments (with the help of seniors from the mage academy) into Elgamore, as well as a thesis on the history and nature of magic:

- An enchantment which creates a new page when Elgamore is filled to the second-last page (But Elgamore isn't half filled yet, so this was just a precaution)
- When a person reads Elgamore, an enchantment within Elgamore will give the reader an empathetic understanding of the current page's contents, so all sentient beings are able to get an idea of what Elgamore is trying to convy, even with language barriers.
- A thesis regarding the connection the arcane has with elemental power and time and space itself. Also a history of past wizards researching in this field, and their contributions. Written in Elven.
- The most powerful enchantment though is an enchantment which ignites one of the current spells stored in Elgamore, using Elone's own power to arm the spell. It is an almost alchemical action upon the arcane, transmuting spells this way, and a manifestation of Elone's own research into the floes of arcana.
- Elone still writes into Elgamore whenever she has time now. She would write about experiences with the arcane thus far or sometimes she would write little spells into Elgamore which do things like flip to the correct page at a whim or repair the words written into it should Elone spill water over the page. (It can't repair magical inscriptions or enchantments, though)</sup>

Ah thanks for the bonuses, will definitely fluff up the RP.

Weapon=Implement is actually a class feature from Swordmage. Since RaiKen essentially is weapon from the heavy blade group.

Since kAI's entire being is lightning element, I can safely say he is able to generates static electricity at a point where he would place RaiKen, and jus enough to have RaiKen stick. Dun worry, I'm not gonna generate so much static things would start flying to me.

One more thing about Elgamore, is it okay if I changed it so that the daily power could be used with Utility powers as well? Just needs to expend the utility power prepared with a utility power stored in Elgamore of an equal level or below.

Even better if the daily power can be upgraded to a minor action only...(Tome of Readiness is a free action, during the attack. So yeah...)

Unless I've misunderstood your post, you mean which spells can be swapped with Elgamore's daily power? I've noted in the second fluff that Elgamore can be used a a spellbook, and daily/utility spells learnt and kept in one can be kept in Elgamore instead. I've put the spells in my post for Elone, under the power section. I'll put it in here too if you want.

Otherwise, I'm not too sure what you mean by that. You want the spells to be used as possible future character feature powers, sentient weapon powers, spells written into Elgamore purely for plot or description, or something else?
