How many rounds in a magazine? if its more than 6, I'm hardly concerned. 8 sounds reasonable to me
I kinda chose bow as the base cause of the free load action... also cause there were no 'military ranged' crossbows.
Would +2 2d4 'double-minor-reload' be reasonable for a 'military ranged' ? or... +3 1d8 'double-minor-reload' ?
can it be a single move action instead of 2 minors (as per repeating crossbow)?

sure? u normally dun need 30 rounds in an encounter... and u can always reload during a rest.... 10 round and move action reload is kinda like... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hell, id drop the clip size to... 5 or so... for a dice size increase heheh...
At any rate, I didn't find too many appealing feats, so 'Superior Weapon Proficiency' is now on the table... upped her stats to match the 'Superior Crossbow' from AV... The Clip reload part is still the same.

These bulges are hollow, which house a mysterious, invisible force. The bulges look a bit like Gandalf's staff: - Sentience: Tephir could neither speak nor manifest itself physically, but signs of its sentience become obvious once the wielder puts it into action. Tephir gives blows a greater edge, inflicting great harm for such a light weapon. Also, when Walker uses it as a walking stick, he could sometimes feel an angry tingling sensation up Tephir's shaft...

Tephir's sentience is a reject. Miss means miss.
When choosing the Sentient ability (your case Brutal 2), that decides the sentience development track of the equipment.
additional non-game-mechanic affecting fluff may be added.
DM advice: Brutal 2's track is the toughest sentient track of all the rest.

2 handed - NA - Dominant (Rock) Polearm, Heavy Blade, Spear, Reach - Dominant (Roll) Polearm, Flail, Spear, Reach - Exotic Profiency +3 (None like it seen before as far as the wielders knows) - Melee - Reach - 1D10 - Level 1 - Critical Damage Roll = 0 - Weapon Slot - Price = 0 - Source = CUSTOM - Ki-Based - sentient track = Shape-shift - DM Bonus (Sentient background inter-weaved deeply with character): Weapon = Implement - Appearance
Depending on the Dominant Personality, This weapon channels the personality who is now the weapon.
It's basic form is a glowing polearm with a crystal point embedded in the user's palms. In shard form it requires a free action to summon & unsummon it and only Rock & Roll can call upon it.
Upon Channelling Rock, its form changes as the ends splits into 5 different ribbons ending with sharp blades akin to claws which flickers as it's swung in the air.
Upon Channelling Roll, its form undegoes another change as the end Splits into streamers of orbiting Balls of spinning spikes.
Who ever wields the weapn knows that he won't be alone as channelling one another is as natural as fighting together and switching places is easy with a move action.

Rock Roll's Reach is 2? based on Longspear and Halbard?
Weapon track cannot be Weapon = Implement as its description is basically a Shapeshift type Its sentient track should be a shapeshift type. Refer to the shapeshift rules in creating weapons for more details
